Welcome!
I'm Jaslyn, a knitter, wife, and mother on a journey to connect the realms of knitting and personal development. For me, knitting is more than a hobby; it's a form of expression, a way to unwind, and a tangible representation of patience, dedication, discipline and perseverance.
My fascination with human behavior is limitless. The intricate patterns of the mind are as captivating to me as the patterns in a finely knitted sweater. With my degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Psychology and master’s education in Applied Behavior Analysis, I'm here to unravel the complexities of behavior through this lens.
Whether you're here for the love of knitting, seeking insights into human behavior, or just curious about the person behind the needles, I invite you to join me on this journey.

Supporting the Work
At Ewedaimonia, my goal is to create a space where creativity and wellbeing come together—where makers can explore personal growth, strengthen habits, and find calm through the art of crafting. Every blog post, resource, and reflection is thoughtfully created to support that mission and to help our community feel inspired, grounded, and capable of meaningful change.
If you’ve found value in what I share and would like to support the work behind Ewedaimonia, you’re welcome to “buy me a coffee.” Your contribution helps me continue offering accessible, ad-free content, deeper educational pieces, and creative tools for our community.
It’s never expected, but always deeply appreciated.
